(no subject)

Just a quick update. Today, I was reminded why working in the Family Birthing center is actually worth it. There was an adorable and friendly one year old named Sofia running around the unit with her dad, there was a Newfoundland puppy visiting patients, there was a book sale on the second floor of the hospital, and I got off early. :D

I hope the library goes that well. I have to go help out there in 15 minutes.

In other news, it looks like Laura will definitely be able to visit in August, and I have a stupid doctor's appointment tomorrow. Yay?
