1. I friended you because you're awesome and I wanted to keep in touch with you and other Renegades when not at school.

4. The second MHCMUN conference when we were hanging out because my committee disbanded. You were playing awesome international music.

1. We both have great taste in MHC classes (hehe), and I was very interested in seeing what sorts of topics you would talk about in a journal.

You picked an interesting time to ask me that, actually. I'm really enjoying my anthropology class and a part of me wishes I could add it as a third fourth fifth sixth seventh major... I think that a lot of people who dedicate themselves to those sciences risk thinking that they're exempt from the very stereotypes they work to debunk, document, or explain, thus creating a situation in which those who, after all is said and done, really show the most attachment to stereotypes are those who supposedly are best at recognizing them, reinforcing them more than weakening them... I think that they're fascinating, to put it a bit more eloquently. Shall we put this conversation on hold for J-term?
