After seeing the new Pirates movie, I have to ask you something. Do you still think it's appropriate for me to be Short Norrington in our Renaissance Dance group? Uh huh. I thought not. *goes off and drinks gallons of whiskey and tries to climb to the highest ranks of the East India Company*

This is my new icon. Can you make out what it says? I've tried and tried, and this is the clearest text I've been able to get so far. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
